Who Are We?
The Mirror Biology Dialogues Fund is a nonprofit working to understand and avert the risks of mirror life: synthetic organisms built from mirror-image versions of the molecules behind all natural life on Earth.
Since scientists first raised the alarm in a 2024 Science article, our small, international team has worked at the center of a fast-moving global conversation, bringing together scientists, policymakers, and the public to make sure these risks are taken seriously before it is too late.

Remote, with time together
We're a remote-first team currently spread across the U.S., U.K., Canada, and The Netherlands, so you can do your best work from wherever you are. A few times a year, we come together for in-person visit weeks: dedicated time to collaborate closely, build relationships, and reconnect as a team before heading back to our home bases.
